In 2020, Mitra Keluarga acquired Panti Abdi Dharma Hospital through its subsidiary, PT Rumah Kasih Indonesia. Panti Abdi Dharma Hospital is located in Cirebon, West Java. This hospital has total capacity of 35 beds.
Bina Husada, Mutiara Hati, Mitra Keluarga Bintaro & Mitra Keluarga Pratama Jatiasih Hospitals
In 2019, Mitra Keluarga acquired Bina Husada Hospital, located in Cibinong, Bogor. This hospital has been operated since 1987 and has total capacity of ±120 operational beds. RS Bina Husada also served patients from Universal Healthcare Coverage Program (BPJS Kesehatan). Along the same year, Mitra Keluarga through its subsidiary (PT RUmah Kasih Indonesia) has also acquired Mutiara Hati Hospital located in Subang, West Java which has been rebranded to Mutiara Kasih Hospital. This hospital has been operated since 2012 with total capacity of 48 operational beds and will also accept Universal Healthcare Coverage Program (BPJS Kesehatan) in the future.
Mitra Keluarga Bintaro and Mitra Keluarga Pratama Jatiasih launched its operations in 2019 with total operational beds 64 & 60 beds respectively. The total number of operating beds reached 2,840 beds by 2014.

Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong lauched its operations in 2018 with total 87 operational beds. Until end of 2018 the total number of operating beds reached 2,459 beds.
Rumah Kasih Indonesia (Kasih Group)
In 2017, Mitra Keluarga announced the acquisition of PT Rumah Kasih Indonesia (Kasih Group), a chain of 7 hospitals with roughly 500 hospital beds, serving mostly patients covered by the Government’s Health Insurance Scheme, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). By the end of 2017, the total number of operating beds both Mitra Keluarga and Kasih Group reached 2,310.
In 2015, Mitra Keluarga launched the new corporate logo as part of transformation process. The company also conducted its Initial Public Offering and successfully listed its shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with ticker code MIKA. Mitra Keluarga Kalideres also launched its operation in 2015. By the end of 2016, the total number of operating beds reached 1,810 with 1,070 doctors including 918 specialists, 2,875 nurses and 1,162 medical staff.
Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran & Mitra Keluarga Cibubur
Mitra Keluarga Cibubur launched its operations in 2011 followed by the opening of Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran in 2014. The total number of operating beds reached 1,647 beds by 2014.
Mitra Keluarga Depok, Mitra Keluarga Tegal, Mitra Keluarga Waru & Mitra Keluarga Cikarang
Mitra Keluarga Depok mulai beroperasi di tahun 2008. Di tahun berikutnya, Mitra Keluarga Tegal dan Mitra Keluarga Waru juga mulai beroperasi. Di tahun 2010, Mitra Keluarga Cikarang mulai beroperasi dan hingga akhir tahun 2010, jumlah tempat tidur operasional di seluruh Mitra Keluarga mencapai 1.369 tempat tidur.
Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading & Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur
Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading commenced operation in 2002, while Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur became operational in 2004. By the end of 2005 our total number of hospital beds reached 742.
Mitra Keluarga sold its remaining stake in RS Mitra Keluarga Jatinegara and RS International Bintaro.
Mitra Kemayoran and RS International Bintaro started operations in 1998, Mitra Keluarga Surabaya started operation in 1999, and by the end of 2000 total number of hospital beds reached 715.
Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat
Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat commenced operations in 1993. By the end of 1995, Mitra Keluarga’s total capacity reached 412 beds.
